EL: Partizan v Norsdsjaelland preview

Partizan is home to Norsdsjaelland on Thursday (8.30pm CET kick-off) for a reverse leg of EL round 3 tie. Our team won 2-1 away in Denmark.

Boss Zoran Mirkovic on Nordsjaelland game:

– Nordsjaelland is one interesting side – they play attractive football game with pace and fine pass. Whoever they field, they play with same attacking style. We achieved positive first leg result but we respect Danes and we are fully alerted ahead of this game. Nordsjaelland`s coach deserves full respect too. Therefore, we are fuly focused on this match and where possible threats can come from.

We are going to play as if first leg finished goalless. It`s our duty to play to win in front of our fans.

Midfielder Goran Zakaric:

– We now know more about Nordsjaelland, they are mighty team physically and tactically and dangerous if you lose possession in the midfield area. But, we have achieved a good first leg result and if we are fully focused and determined we can go through to the play-off round.
