Milos Jojic: It`s the team before the individual

Partizan is away to indjija on Friday and we spoke to midfielder Milos Jojic after his two assists in a 3-0 win over Radnik Surdulica last weekend.

“I find both assists equally sweet, the one for the Vujacic`s opener and the one for our second goal scored by Scekic. We entered second half slightly confused but doubled the lead when needed and did the job right. We practice set-pieces and certain plays at training session and it turned out good” – said Jojic.

“I never had two assists in one game during my career and both from set-pieces as well. I would score coupled with an assist in one game before, but this is the first one with two assists”.

Partizan is on a 12-game winning streak under boss Stanojevic`s reign. In this period, you had some starts and some sub appearances.

“The mood within the club, team and coaching staff is such that every player is important but replaceable too. I did start some of games, some of them I came off the bench but the team was still winning. It`s the team before the individual and with good performances and wins you get the star of the show as well. I`m not burdened by starts or sub appearances, it`s important that the mood within the team is goo. We support each other and you can see it when we are out there, we have a true team spirit”.

Partizan is away to Indjija on Friday.

“It`s another tough opponent for us and another poor pitch surface to play on. I watched them play at home, they are aggressive team able to pressure you. They battle to beat the drop and obviously they`ll have no lack of motivation. But, we are Partizan  and we`ll go there to get three points”.
