Pavle Kis, former Partizan forward and member of famous 60s Partizan Babies, passed away age 79.
He arrived to Partizan as a 15-year-old late in 1955 and under the guidance of legendary coach Florijan Matekalo Kis became part of Partizan famous 60s generation.
Kis moved to Austrian side Wiener AC in 1963 followed by spells at GAK Gratz, Hertha, Bayer Leverkuzen, PSV Eindhoven, Siegen and finally Maribor where he ended his playing career in 1977.
While in Partizan, Kis made 50 appearances and scored 6 goals winning three titles with the club. He also played briefly for Partizan in 1970 before moving to Leverkuzen.
After hanging his boots, Kis moved on to become a lawyer but got involved with his hometown club Dinamo Pancevo too.
