Number of current FK Partizan squad members received awards to mark their 100 or more appearances for the club while Head Coach Aleksandar Stanojevic received a special award for his centenary of appearances by the dugout over two spells.
Besides Stanojevic and since the break-up of Yugoslavia, only Ljubisa Tumbakovic, Vladimir Vermezovic and Miroslav Djukic coached Partizan in over 100 games.
Players Club 100 is now joined by Lazar Markovic, Aleksandar Scekic, Ivan Obradovic, Slobodan Urosevic, Aleksandar Miljkovic as well as Guinean Seydouba Soumah as third ever foreign player to reach over 100 appearances for the club along with Lamine Diarra (151 apps) and Almami Moreira (132).
FK Partizan President Milorad Vucelic addressed awardees for the occasion:
-Upon desire from our Head Coach, who respects the holiness of the most beautiful game and wouldn`t want to disrupt it with any kind of festivities, we decided to pay tribute to all of you in this humble way. In almost eight decades long history of the club, there`s no many players and coaches who reached this milestone and I congratulate you all from the bottom of my heart. You all know what kind of honour this Club 100 is and I wish you many more games and new milestones, said MIlorad Vucelic.
All players were awarded with signed number 100 jerseys while boss Aleksandar Stanojevic received replica 1966 Partizan shirt with number 7 on it, shirt number he wore during his Partizan playing days.
