Partizan arrived to Belek, Turkey, on Sunday for a two-week winter preps.
After recovery session, squad engaged in regular training activities on Monday morning.
Training started in the gym at 10.30am followed by technical/tactical part on the field.
“Yesterday, we had a adaptation training session in regard to what we did in Belgrade. Monday morning was reserved for full power or strength development, one of the parameters in today`s football game”, said FK Partizan physio Aleksandar Tomic.
We have five friendlies arranged while in Belek, first one tomorrow against Tikves. How will the training programme differ in regard to that?
“Friendlies are starting but we are in high intensity training anyway. Legs will be heavy for some more time but once we enter competitive matches it will all be better”.
Do any players train individually?
“The emphasis is on the youngsters, they more than need it. Kids train intensively, quite a lot. The rest of the players train depending on the given situation”, said Tomic.
