Sochi: Post-match Partizan press-conference

Partizan boss Aleksandar Stanojevic and player Danilo Pantic attended the post-match press-conference.

Aleksandar Stanojevic:

-This was a pleasing result for us. Penalty decision was dubious and I`m not going to comment it, let`s be positive. It was not pleasant or adequate or fair-play. You can make your own conclusions.

It was hard to play with 80% humidity. Home side is adapted to it. We played against serious opponents, they were four points below Russian league runners-up last season. We had to play as we did tonight. I believe it will be a similar encounter in Belgrade but we`ll threat more at home, with our fans behind us. However, we will still be cautious as Sochi has a great transition play. Meanwhile, we will look to fix the mistakes we made in the first leg and to continue with the good stuff.

Boys showed character in tough weather conditions. We played against good team but we also lacked a bit more attacking threat.

Midfielder Danilo Pantic:

-We scored a goal that means a lot to us. I`m sure we`ll play better at home and qualify for the next round. I`m sure we would be more aggressive if the weather conditions were better. We made sure to be fully disciplined and looked for our opportunities from positional play and counter-attacks. Considering all the circumstances, we can be pleased with this draw.
