The Partizan Youth Academy represents the very heart and soul of the club. Throughout its history, no great success has ever been achieved without players raised within its ranks, and whenever times were difficult, Partizan has always turned to its own children.

That is the club’s recipe for success and a well-trodden path built over decades, dating back to the time when the legendary Ilješ Špic laid the foundations of the Partizan Youth Academy through his vision and philosophy. He brought a touch of perfection to technical player training and helped shape the Academy into what it is today - one of the most respected in Europe.

Until 1998, the most talented boys trained under the watchful eyes of outstanding experts, coaches who knew how to recognize potential and transform it into pure quality, on the pitch beneath the southern stand of the stadium in Humska Street. Later, the Academy found its home at the Sports Center in Zemun.

Over the decades, countless players have come through the Partizan Youth Academy and gone on to have stellar professional careers - among them Savo Milošević, Saša Ilić, Aleksandar Mitrović, Dušan Vlahović, and Stevan Jovetić...

The Academy includes all age categories, selected by Partizan’s scouting department and trained under the supervision of highly regarded youth development specialists.
