Xander David Severina signed a three-year deal with Partizan and attended new season`s kit launch event later in the evening where he met his new teammates and spoke to the media.
You met your new teammates and attended Puma Partizan kit launch event. How do you like it here?
“It`s very nice, I saw my teammates today for the first time. I like the city where I`m first time also and I like new jersey, especially white with black stripes one. I`m very excited for the new season”, said 21-year old winger.
Who did you consult the most before arriving to Partizan?
“I talked to my agent and Partizan coach who had a lot of trust in me. It`s one of the reasons why I`ve come to this club”.
How would you describe your football skills?
“I`m a right winger, very technical and I think I have I have a very good left foot”.
What do you know about Belgrade`s Eternal derby?
“Yes, I heard a little bit of it. I`m ready to play against them and to beat them. I`ve seen a little bit of derby atmosphere on the internet and I like it”.
You picked shirt number 7, is it a lucky charm thing?
“Season before I also played with number seven so I want to play with number seven again”.
What did you talk about with Partizan boss Igor Dullaj before signing for the club?
“He told me he likes the way I play and he had a lot of trust in me. So, that`s the reason why I came to this club”.
Your family is here with you tonight?
“I came with my mother, brother, my girlfriend and my best friend but they`ll go back to Holland tomorrow. They`ll come back here later”.
You have your first training session tomorrow. Are you ready for it?
“I`m ready for the new jersey”.
