TEAM NEWS
Marko Zivkovic is the only long-term absentee for Partizan. Nikolic serves suspension while Ghayas Zahid is not fully fit. Winger Jankovic, defensive midfielder Kanoute, centre-back Kovacevic, new signing right-back Djurdjevic, youngsters Jevremovic and Dusan Jovanovic were not included on the squad list of 24 players available for Dynamo Kyiv away.
Partizan boss Aleksandar Stanojevic held a presser in Lublin ahead of Dynamo game:
-You don`t get a chance to play CL qualifiers too often. We play against one big club and team tomorrow but we have a desire to achieve something – we will enter this encounter with great motivation.
This will be a different game compared to domestic ones. We didn`t scout our opening domestic match as much as we analyzed Dynamo game. We will try to switch to different pace expected tomorrow. It`s very important we achieve result allowing us to have a chance to progress through to the next round after the second leg.
I have no doubts regarding our starting line-up, it`s been set yesterday. We will go out on the pitch with clear idea what we want to do.
Dynamo is physically dominant, direct team with pace and technical ability. We saw from them what we were interested to see. They have certain flaws but that`s what we will be talking to players about. It`s going to be one intensive encounter, Dynamo goes forward to opponent`s box with lots of players involved.
We`ll see and feel if we have a chance to progress through when tomorrow`s game finishes, regardless of the final score. It`s only first half of this tie tomorrow.
