-Everything that happens affects the player too. They see, read and feel everything that goes on, as well as all of us here. We are here to work and wait and I hope we`ll be here to see the better days.
The moment we are in as a club is not great but that`s how it is. We are here to try and move one step forward. I hope we`ll do it tomorrow although Mladost is on a run of five consecutive wins and all of them are achieved against sides from top half of the table. They are in a good form and that will serve us as a motivation to prepare our players to be in a right frame of mind, something they were not of recent.
As the days progress, the mood and training quality are better. We`ll see tomorrow if players got over the recent failures. What they`ve shown over the past two sessions gives me the right to believe they`ll give their best tomorrow. We have to be like that in respect to this shirt.
