Partizan could face the loser of the AEK Larnaca vs. Legia Warsaw tie in the final play-off round for entry into the UEFA Conference League group stage, following the draw held in Nyon.
This could be an opportunity for coach Srdjan Blagojevic’s players to get revenge on the Cypriot team for the defeat in the second round of Europa League qualifiers, when only a bit of luck in the penalty shootout was missing for Partizan to advance to the next stage.
The first leg of the play-off would be played in Belgrade on August 21, with the return match a week later, either in Cyprus or Poland.
Before that, Partizan must navigate the third qualifying round against Hibernian — the first leg in Belgrade on August 7 and the return in Edinburgh on August 14.
