FK Partizan and Scottish club Rangers have reached an agreement for the transfer of Partizan captain Vanja Dragojević to the Glasgow side.

The 20-year-old defender progressed through every level of Partizan's youth academy, with an important stage of his development also coming during his time at Teleoptik. He made his first-team debut in March 2025, went on to make 52 official appearances for the black-and-whites, scored four goals, and captained the team in 34 matches.

Despite his young age, Dragojević earned the respect of teammates and supporters alike through his professionalism, fighting spirit, and leadership, becoming one of the standout figures of Partizan's new generation.

"Everything I have become as a footballer, I owe largely to Partizan. From the boy who took his first footballing steps in black and white to the captain who had the honour of leading this club – every moment has been special and will remain in my heart forever. Thank you for all the memories, lessons, friendships, and emotions that I will carry with me throughout my life. I may be leaving, but a part of me will always remain in Humska. I love you, Partizan!"

The move to one of Scotland's biggest and most successful clubs marks an important step in his career and further highlights Partizan's commitment to developing young talent and preparing them for success on the European stage.

FK Partizan thanks Vanja for everything he has given to the club and wishes him every success in the next chapter of his career.

Good luck, Vanja!
