Marko Zivkovic (knee surgery) is the only long-term absentee.
Partizan boss Aleksandar Stanojevic on upcoming game:
-We play against one extremely stern opponent this weekend. Zeleznicar showed during the pre-season and in the first few league fixtures how organized they are under the new coach. On the other hand, we are focused and we know what we have to do tomorrow.
Dynamo Kyiv is behind us and we now have to deal with current matters. We are looking into our team problems, technical and tactical bits. As for psychology, every Partizan player had to ready for anything thrown at them.
Zeleznicar coach Marko Savic is not a prospect anymore, he`s a formed coach. He won title abroad and did well with Vozdovac. Great coach with intensive team and clear demands and the way they play. At least, they are easy to scout. We are more focused on us as we have to find the way out of this.
We are still forming our team and the job is harder when it comes to our attack. You want to push opponent away from your goal, that`s the essence of defending, and to do so you need to have your attack high up the field. We didn`t concede in the opening two league games but we were sent back to the reality against quality European rival with seven internationals in the team. I mean, they are not Real Madrid, but Dynamo is a high-quality team. However, you can play anyone but you cannot allow to concede six goals in one game. I`m worried as we are together for some time now but I didn`t manage to raise the level of our game.
Newcomer Grimaldo is very young. He arrived from another continent, from a different time-zone. We don`t know how he will adapt but club`s philosophy is to sign young players. It is a risky business but we will gain pace and aggression.
We also expect the arrivals of so-called number 8 player and a forward, possibly another flank player. Most importantly, we signed left-back, left centre-back and defensive midfielder on time but we had right back Zivkovic suffering a long-term injury so we had to bring Lazarevic straight away.
We don`t mind signing a more experience player, if such player shows up on the market. Good player is always welcome, regardless of his age. Our winter transfer desire is to reduce our budget a bit but not to lose on quality as a result. Let`s see our scouting team giving us more variety in that department.
However, I signed a three-year deal and I`m here not to leave soon but to make something out of this.
