Partizan played a goalless draw home to Vojvodina, second SSL 0-0 draw in a row. With two games previously postponed, Partizan now had 3 wins and 2 draws from five league outing, goal-difference 7-0.

Although a goalless one, it was a lively encounter full of pace. It was visitors who dominated regarding opportunities in the first half.

New Partizan team captain Jovanovic made two excellent saves on 9 and 14 while Savicevic missed a sitter on 16.

Partizan replied with a mild low 20m effort from Zubairu while Zahid saw his shot inside the box blocked before 20 minute mark.

For the rest of the first half, Vojvodina threatened with long range shots but Jovanovic made a number of comfortable saves. On 43, Jovanovic had to put a little more effort to stop Sery`s 15m shot.

Partizan made three changes at half-time. Natcho, Severina and Trifunovic came in for Kovac, Kalulu and Zubairu and it almost paid of instantly. It was all about Severina who had a number of opportunities before the hour mark.

On 50 and after a fine long ball from Arriaga, Severina made a trademark right side break into the box but his return ball was cleared. On 53, Natcho`s through ball connected Severina with a net, but keeper managed to get a foot to his low effort towards the far post.

On 57, Severina`s low shot was comfortably saved by Rosic and another Severina solo run on 59 was eventually cleared.

On the other side, it was Sery who threatened with his tireless runs and couple of attempts.

Nikolic came in for D Jovanovic on 73 while Filipovic had to have his head bandaged due to a clash with his teammate after one of his clearances.

Partizan had two good opportunities on 75 but Vojvodina defenders did a great job blocking the efforts.

Excellent drive from Severina on 80 was met by fine diving save from the keeper.

Vojvodina also had its share of opportunities on the counters but Jovanovic was always there to prevent visitors from scoring.

Severina had one final attempt early in the added time but Rosic made another good save.
