Day off after the friendly against Debrecen was reserved for recovery and activities aimed at team spirit enhancing. Football is a team sport and sometimes unity can be crucial on the field as wins are achieved by the strength of collective not by individual effort.
As a result, coaching team organized football quiz, split players into teams and had them answer questions on legendary football players and goals, all over the background music of Grupa JNA and 90s British pop which added to relaxed atmosphere and fun.
Winning side was team called Undefeated, led by Bibars Natcho. This quiz team showed great knowledge of the football history. However, quiz results were not as important as seeing good energy and smiles on the faces of players and coaches during the evening fun.
“These are the things me and my coaching team practiced before. You want to relieve the team after all the workload and we try to make a balance, to get players closer together over some fun games. You`ve seen how it looked like today, I believe players liked it”, said Head Coach Srdjan Blagojevic.
Partizan plays next friendly of Antalya preps on Sunday against Dukla Praha followed by a meeting with Jagiellonia on Jan 24.
