Partizan U-19`s qualified for the UEFA Youth League play-offs by beating Sheriff Tiraspol 5-4 on aggregate. They beat Moldovans 5-2 last night to cancel Sheriff`s 2-0 first-leg win.
Over the first 15 mins, Partizan missed a number of opportunities and our boys were close to be punished for it on 21 when Dijinari hit the woodwork.
It all turned out for the best in just 10 minutes – Jovanovic scored for a Partizan lead on 24, Trifunovic doubled it two mins later while Jovanovic scored a brace on 34 for a 3-0 lead.
After the break, Radulaski had to make a save from Spatar on 53 while Mircetic made it 4-0 on 65.
Trifunovic scored his brace on 73 while Dijinari gave some hope to visitors on 80 followed by his another goal deep into injury time for a final 5-2 Partizan win.
Partizan will host one of the eight Youth Champions League path group runners-up in February`s play-off round of the competition.
