One of the first decisions new FK Partizan management made was to part with recently re-appointed Sporting Director Ivica Iliev.
Predrag Mijatovic made a statement regarding Iliev`s departure.
“I want to announce Ivica Iliev is FK Partizan Sporting Director no more. This decision was made at the emergency board meeting and accepted unanimously. I have to say this decision was made after the initiation of the sporting department – myself and Danko Lazovic. Moreover, I have to underline Ivica Iliev accepted this decision in a very professional manner, as I expected it from him. I wouldn`t talk about this subject any more. We are doing what we promised earlier on and we move forward for the benefit of our big club”, said Predrag Mijatovic.
