Partizan put back European horrors behind with a domestic league 3-1 home win over Javor.
As hinted, boss Igor Duljaj made a couple of starting line-up changes with Severina making way for Kalulu, Markovic for Sanicanin while Belic was back after European one-game suspension.
As expected, Partizan dominated possession from the go but it was former Partizan forward to make a break on 6 and send a slightly angled shot just wide.
Before the 10th minute mark, Partizan tested away keeper via Kalulu, Menig and Sanicanin, but made two comfortable saves and a difficult one from Sanicanin`s header.
Kanoute was booked as early as 12, for his midfield right flank tackle.
The opener came on 22 after pinpoint angled strike from Menig who sent a ball into the far corner for a Partizan 1-0 lead.
Saldanha shot straight into the keeper on 25 and another former Partizan player Miletic sent a free-kick ball just wide on 26.
Skoko headed the ball over the bar on 33 for visitors while Saldanha did the same with his 20m shot on 37.
Jovanovic made a comfortable save from Campbell on 38 while Partizan saw Saldanha`s goal disallowed on 40 for offside after a VAR review.
Jovanovic made a brilliant save on 41 after a close range header from Gojkovic.
Finally, in the first half injury time, Partizan had a best opportunity of the half when Saldanha and Ilic failed to score from close range.
After the break, Partizan conceded on 49 after a half the length of the pitch run and brilliant strike into the top left corner of the net from Domagic for a Javor equalizer.
Partizan kept attacking in the second half and it was a real shame not to see Kalulu score his first Partizan goal on 56 – he hit the post with his angled volley strike!
But, minute later, Natcho sent a trademark through ball and charging right-back Stojkovic scored his first Partizan goal for a home side 2-1 lead on 57.
Duljaj made triple sub just before the hour mark – Severina, Scekic and newcomer Zahid came in for Natcho, Kalulu and Kanoute.
Antic sent the ball just over the bar from his 63rd minute free-kick.
Saldanha made a great solo run on 69 but send the ball just wide but moments later he received a through pass from Belic to show his Brazilian wit, beat the keeper and send the ball into the empty net for a Partizan 3-1 lead.
Menig hit the crossbar with his trademark angled measured strike on 77 while sub Bayere missed a great opportunity for visitors on 83 allowing Antic to make a clearance.
Igor Duljaj introduced youngsters Stjepanovic and Trifunovic for Menig and Belic on 79 while Scekic shook off injury scare to remain on the field.
Severina was lively in the final stages of the game but couple of Partizan opportunities before the final whistle were squandered.
