FK Partizan and Latvian club Riga FC reached an agreement on loan deal of Partizan player Joao Grimaldo. Latvian top tier starts in March and Grimaldo will remain there until the end of the season.
During the length of the loan, Riga FC will cover all the financial obligations towards the player. Deal includes a 1,5 million Euros buy-out option once the Latvian season finishes in November.
This loan deal with a buy-out option has been made as part of club`s strategy to reduce the budget to an optimal level and after consultations with new boss Srdjan Blagojevic who was ready to part with the player.
Peruvian international arrived to Partizan from Sporting Cristal in a last summer transfer window and made 10 appearances for the club since.
FK Partizan wishes Grimaldo all the best during his loan spell in Latvia.
