Partizan right-back Milan Roganovic attended latest edition of Partizan Interview Show. 19-year-old Partizan academy graduate has become regular since the winter break and thrilled with his Eternal derby performance when he achieved an assist to Partizan second goal as well.
“All of us gave hundred percent back then and we know all too well how derby games is. We battled as a unit and supported each other. I got that opportunity to go forward, Kalulu laid the ball for me, I managed to send a cross and hit Kovac who managed this cross into the box really well. It was a phenomenal feeling, especially as we did it in front of home side die-hards stand. We did our best and I`m pleased we left a fine impression with our fans who were there in great numbers on the South stand”, said Roganovic.
Partizan boss Srdjan Blagojevic kept underlining during his pressers how there`s no need to ask if young players are ready for the big scene, they simply have to be. Roganovic agrees with that.
“We have nothing to fear about. You just need to go out, do your best and even if the good result is not there, it`s important we can look at each other in the dressing room and know we left our hearts out there on the field. We managed to adapt to bosses demands and I believe it will all look even better with each new game”.
Young right-back also spoke about his love for the club in his native Montenegro.
“My whole family supports Partizan and I`m Partizan die-hard from my early childhood days. Montenegro is dominantly Partizan and love for the club is father to son thing. I would like to call on Grobari to keep supporting us. It looks like we are at home when we play away but I think our home games deserve to have more Partizan fans present. I believe numbers will grow steadily for the rest of the season”, said Milan Roganovic.
