Partizan resumes domestic season home to Spartak on Saturday and club organized first Media Day event of the new year at the Partizan-Teleoptik training centre.
Players Stefan Kovac and Milan Vukotic talked to the press on recent Antalya mid-season training camp and their expectations for the rest of the season 2024/25.
“New coach set new demands and we are trying to adapt them as soon as possible. I think we succeeded in implement new things during the winter training camp and we are going to be tested over competitive matches. I believe we`ll play better with each new game, managing to achieve good results with our new trademark passing game. It`s important we win on Saturday as it would ease the things for us”, said Stefan Kovac who was then asked about his bicycle-kick goal in a friendly against Jagiellonia.
“It`s always nice when you score but I think everyone in the team played a good game, especially in the first half. That`s how we should look like once the season restarts and we`ll try to at our best”.
Milan Vukotic signed to Partizan this winter as best player of Montenegrin top-tier and he showed he can be a great new addition during winter preps.
“We worked well and I think everything is on a great level at the moment. I hope I can help the team. I love to play under pressure, it makes me a better player and pushes me forward. I also like the style coach Blagojevic is forcing in, I love to create space over passing game and our style will be there for everyone out there to see, given the time”, said Milan Vukotic.
